EnrichViz is a browser-based R Shiny application for code-free visualization of pathway and functional enrichment results together with the underlying transcriptomics, proteomics or metabolomics data. It reads a normalized abundance matrix, a sample annotation table and an enrichment results table as CSV files, plus an optional differential analysis table. It recognizes exports from IPA, clusterProfiler, g:Profiler, Enrichr, DAVID, fgsea and MetaboAnalyst automatically. It produces eight views: bar and bubble plots, a pathway–molecule chord diagram, a molecule-frequency plot, per-pathway Z-score heatmaps, box and violin plots, a volcano plot, PCA and a differential-abundance heatmap. Keyword filters (pathway name and member molecule) and a sample-annotation filter apply to all views, and every figure can be exported as a 300 dpi PNG file. EnrichViz is available at https://rgmilian.shinyapps.io/EnrichViz/ and https://github.com/rologmilian/enrichviz. This dataset contains: the EnrichViz v1.4.2 application code (MIT license); example input files for three published Alzheimer's disease datasets, each analyzed with a different enrichment tool: fusiform gyrus RNA-seq (GEO GSE125583; clusterProfiler GSEA); cerebrospinal fluid proteomics (PRIDE PXD016278; g:Profiler); whole-blood metabolomics (MetaboLights MTBLS2109; Ingenuity Pathway Analysis); the Quarto reports and R scripts that produced the example files, and a performance benchmark. Version 3 and later replaces the examples of versions 1–2.1, which accompany the bioRxiv preprint (doi:10.64898/2026.06.19.733398). See README.md for details. (2026-06-11)
